Your shipment number is emailed and sent via SMS to you on details provided at the time of your order.
We try to offer customer service 24/7, however in case of long queue of queries, you might get a response within an hour or two.
All packages are delivered via Leopard and Swyft. The deliveries are made within 3-4 days of order confirmation.
If your order is above Rs.5000, shipping is free. For any order below Rs.5000 but above Rs3000 a discounted delivery of Rs99/- will be applicable. For orders totaling below Rs.3000, you will pay a standard shipping rate of Rs. 195/-.
If the items you ordered are in stock, you will receive your order within 3-4 days of order confirmation.
If the items you ordered are not in stock in our warehouse, then it will take about 7-10 days to deliver it to you, provided the item is in stock with our supplier. If this is not the case, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time.
If you order more than one item, we will do our best to send everything together. We like to consider the environment, so if you are not in a hurry for a specific item, we will send everything in one shipment once we have the complete order ready (unless there is an item with an extraordinary delivery time).
This also depends on whether all ordered items are in stock.
