Exchange for Damaged/Defective Items (7 Days)

We understand that sometimes products arrive damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly exchange it for a new one (subject to availability) within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
  • You must report the damage or defect within 7 days of receiving the item. Send us a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Shipping Costs:

We'll cover the shipping cost to send you the replacement item for eligible exchanges.

Change of Mind

Currently, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This ensures product quality and fairness for all customers.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or mishandling.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Altered or modified products.

Refunds:

Exchanges are for the same item, we do not currently offer refunds.
